I am delighted to be leading the accounts team here at Botham Accounting.  My background of 15 years at a top 10 accounts and advisory firm in the East Midlands means I have wide range of experience of advising owner managed businesses and entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of sectors.

I get great satisfaction from helping others and I love to have a positive impact on other people and the world around me.   I like to build close working relationships based on trust and to help people solve problems and strive to reach their full potential.  It is essential to me to understand the ins and outs of your business to ensure that I can provide timely advise and challenge your thinking and drive your business towards its goals.

During my training, I worked not only in the accounts team but also in the audit and tax teams to maximise my experience and become an all-round adviser to ensure I can meet not only your compliance but also your advisory needs.

I am passionate about people development and leadership and I am taking an active role in further developing our fantastic team here, I delighted to see both the staff and business continue to grow from strength to strength.
